Fair Company is an initiative of karriere.de with the objective of ensuring that trainees and job starters are treated fairly by the company. The special thing about this initiative is the voluntary commitment of the participating companies to honor and accept the Fair Company rules and the feedback system for trainees in the event of violations (red card). Logib-D stands for “Lohngleichheit im Betrieb” (pay equality in companies) and is being promoted by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. Together with the Cologne Institute for Economic Research, the compensation structures at EXXETA were analyzed from gender viewpoints. EXXETA received the distinction “Logib-D certified” in April 2013 as a confirmation of its commitment over many years to providing a fair compensation system, which is an important aspect of our HR policy.
kununu.com is a leading platform for rating employers. Employees and applicants can rate a company based on criteria that are relevant when it comes to choosing an employer. For example, employees can award points for the working atmosphere, areas of activity and also salary and benefits. Applicants, on the other hand, can rate the response time for applications or the job interviews. Thanks to very good ratings and recommendations, EXXETA received the distinction “Top Company”.

The “Charta der Vielfalt" (Diversity charter) is a corporate initiative for promoting diversity in companies. The initiative wants to advance the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in German corporate culture. In August 2013, EXXETA signed the “Diversity charter” and has thus joined the corporate initiative. At the moment, more than 30 nations are represented by the employees of EXXETA.
