No matter whether you join EXXETA as an experienced professional or a graduate, our 6-month mentoring program provides you with the ideal start in our company and project environment. In order to be able to integrate the specialist and personal strengths of new employees ideally into the corporate environment of EXXETA, they are provided with valuable and targeted support during the integration phase. The individual and systematic introduction to upcoming tasks is supported by an experienced colleague, which ensures new employees are incorporated into existing workflows and processes quickly. In addition to the task- and project-related introduction by the mentor, our back office also generally provides professional and uncomplicated assistance with standard administration tasks (e.g. travel planning and travel expenses, IT support, HR topics).

Individual performance is rewarded individually at EXXETA!
EXXETA has chosen a modern compensation system, which consists of different components that enable attractive compensation, which promotes performance. The individual target salaries consist of a fixed base salary and a variable salary part. The following basic rule applies: the higher the personnel and task responsibility, the higher the variable percentage will be. The variable salary part is based on a target that is agreed on in advance. If an employee achieves more than 100% of the agreed targets, the variable part that he/she receives will be higher. Each employee therefore determines his/her own final salary through his/her own performance.
