Exemplary use cases that we implement with you

The route optimization service is used to optimize frequently used routes, such as the working route. The driver stores his standard routes in the customer portal and sends them to the vehicle. Real-time and historical traffic data combined with the user's individual settings result in the optimal route every morning, which can either be sent to the mobile device or retrieved directly in the vehicle when the journey begins. As an additional service, the start time can also be individually adapted for a fixed arrival time. If the journey to an appointment takes longer due to current traffic disruptions, the system sends a message or directly sets the smartphone alarm clock earlier so that the user can reach his appointment on time.

The maintenance management service supports the customer in maintaining the maintenance intervals and optimizes the process flows around the maintenance of the vehicle. The vehicle recognizes necessary maintenance work by means of self-diagnosis. The customer immediately receives an individual offer with different service options for the service case. This offer can be transmitted via different channels, for example via the infotainment system in the vehicle, the customer portal or a mobile smartphone solution. The customer can accept the offer directly and the available service appointments of the service partner are automatically compared with those from the customer's calendar. The customer only has to agree to a proposed date.

The Park Guide Service offers the driver a simple and convenient parking lot search. The customer can store his preferences for the parking lot search in the portal, e.g. price level, number of free spaces, availability of special parking spaces, etc. The customer can then use the portal to search for parking spaces. Via the connection to content providers, the customer can navigate directly to a free parking space during the journey that matches his search criteria. If the content provider offers a booking service, a free parking space can also be reserved directly during the journey.

3. Process Approach

The third consulting component reflects project preparation.
